At Highland Turf, I supply reliable, quality bark suitable for finishing areas, improving ground cover and helping with ongoing maintenance. Whether you are tidying up planted sections, working on a larger landscaping project or maintaining an outdoor area, I will help you choose the right bark with honest advice and reliable local service.

I have three options to choose from: 

1. Tipping Trailer - order between 2m3 and 8m3 for delivery - £70+VAT per m3 

2. XXL Bags - Each bag is 1.5m3 for delivery - £110+VAT per bag 

3. Small Bags - Each bag is 0.8m3 - £60+VAT per bag - collection only

Bark is a simple and effective way to improve the appearance and function of outdoor areas. It helps reduce weed growth, retain moisture in the soil and gives a clean, professional finish.

The bark I supply is suitable for a variety of uses and can be used on its own or alongside turf and topsoil as part of a wider project.

I supply bark across Inverness and the wider Highlands. I offer free delivery within 15 miles of the farm and delivery will always be arranged to suit your needs. You can also collect bark directly from the farm for free. 

If you are located further afield, get in touch and I will confirm whether delivery is possible.

To get the best results from bark, you should:

• Clear the area of weeds and debris
• Consider using a weed membrane where appropriate
• Lay bark to an even depth for good coverage
• Top up as required over time

If you are using bark alongside turf or topsoil, I can help you plan quantities so everything works together properly.

The amount depends on the area and depth required. If you provide measurements, I can help you calculate the right quantity. If you order a tipping trailer delivery of 2m3, this will cover an area of 20m2 with a depth of 100mm. 

Bark naturally breaks down over time. Topping up every year or two helps maintain coverage and appearance.

Three options: 

1.  Tipping Trailer: Minimum of 2m3 which will cover 20m2 at 100mm deep - £70+VAT per m3 

2. XXL Bags: 1.5m3 per bag - £110+VAT per bag - I can deliver two at a time. 

3. Smaller bag: 0.8m3, collection only - £60+VAT per bag
